Geht man nach dem in Deutschland bekannten Dukan entspricht das MMP zwei TP,
nach den Erkenntnissen aus dem französischen fällt MMP in den täglich erlaubten Milchkonsum.
2 Eier trennen,
Die Eiklar mit einer Prise Salz steif schlagen.
1 EL Süße
6 EL MMP in der Kaffeemühle fein mahlen,
mit dem Eigelb gut verrühren.
10 Tropfen FlavDrops weiße Schokolade dazu rühren.
Die Masse unter den Eiklarschaum heben und das ganze in Dessertgläser füllen und kalt stellen.
